Pink Poinsettias and Purple Blooms! German Hand Embroidered Christmas Tablecloth with Bobbin Lace

Hi!! Welcome friends!! This auction is for a very beautiful tablecloth from Germany. This tablecloth is beautifully hand embroidered with gorgeous Christmas designs. A trio of candles in colors of mauve and burgundy are exquisite with their sparkly gold metallic accents. Purple blooms add another pop of color! If you are obsessed with the color of purple, this tablecloth will speak to you! I love the inclusion of the gorgeous greenery and holly leaves in various shades of green. The pearlized white ribbons are also pretty. The cream and gold metallic floral accents are another phenomenal touch! The main designs are quite large and are beautifully hand embroidered and detailed. These main designs measure 14 3/4" wide by 8" high. This oatmeal colored tablecloth is a work of art. This tablecloth is 90% polyacrylic and 10% viscose. The tablecloth has a stunning bobbin lace edge with a width of 2 1/2". The opening inside the hand embroidery designs measures 11" by 10 3/4". I like to include this measurement for those who choose to display a centerpiece or floral arrangement in the center of their tablecloth. I try to help where I can. The tablecloth is in excellent condition with the exception of one teeny tiny pink speck. See pictures below to see how minor the flaw truly is. The tablecloth is a nice generous size measuring 34 1/2" by 34". What a gorgeous tablecloth! Perfect for those who love pink and purple! Who says you have to decorate with traditional colors of red and green for Christmas? Why not go with pink and purple instead?

I love this style of tablecloth. These "toppers" are actually a nice German tradition. In Germany, they put a plain colored tablecloth on the table. Then they place these "toppers" catacorner in the center of the table. Then when they go to eat, they remove the topper so it will not become dirty or soiled. I love the tradition. It just seems to have charm. Why not start this charming tradition in your home for the upcoming holiday? 

If color is important, please do not rely solely on the pictures. Sometimes the pictures do not accurately represent the color. I try to provide lots of pictures so that you can see every flaw but the color is not always accurate in the pictures. I do my best to describe the colors in the description. If you have any questions regarding color, please ask before purchasing. If you are still not sure, please do not purchase. I do not want you to be disappointed. Sometimes, the true color of an item can only be experienced in person.
