Someone from the Moose team will reply with an authorization and shipping instructions to start the return process. Customers have 30 days to report anything that is not to your satisfaction. Items must only be returned in the same condition which they are received, with original packaging and paperwork. For security purposes, all of our parts are sealed and or marked so that they can be identified. Please note that removing or tampering with seals will void your return. Shipping costs and other financial fees are non-refundable. Economy Shipping Options: A carrier may be listed as the assigned shipping service for that listing, however, we reserve the right to change carriers to get the quickest delivery and best price unless otherwise requested by the buyer before or right after payment is made.
