  • All continental domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, usually taking 2~5 business days, some states may be as long as 8 business days. If overnight or express shipping is needed, please contact our customer service in advance.
  • NOTE: For USPS Priority Shipping, any bulk order over the capacity of USPS Priority Flat Rate Box will be upgraded to UPS Ground. No additional cost will be applied. The estimated transit time is referred in the diagram below.
  • Tracking number normally available 24 hours after payment is received. 
  • Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states may be considerably higher.

Return for refund within:30 days

  • All products that are new with the packaging never opened or Death on Arrival(DOA) can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund.
  • No charge for restocking fee.

Return for refund within:60 days

  • All products that do not fulfill your needs can be returned within 60 days of the invoice date for a refund.
  • 30% charge for restocking fee.

Return for replacement within:2 year

  • A defective item can be returned within 2 year of the invoice date for a replacement.

Return any item sold as USED for replacement within:90 days

  • A defective item can be returned within 90 days of the invoice date for a replacement.
