This is a stunning jeweled double spiral titanium industrial barbell gold anodized over 316L surgical steel. 

The beads have one large clear cubic zirconia jewel in the center and five small jewels on the sides. 

The size is 14 gauge and 38mm-1 ½ an inch. 

The entire piece is nickel free.
