 This is a fabulous labret lip ring made with 316L high-grade surgical steel and CZ gem bead. 

The bead and comfortable flat end measures 4mm. 

The size is available in your choice of 16 gauge and length 8mm-5/16 or 10mm-3/8" of an inch. 

The entire piece is nickel free.
