How to Apply

Applying your Black Branch wall decals are a fast and simple process. Peel each wall sticker from the sticky backing and assemble it on the wall. If you didn't position it right the first time, it's okay. Our wall decals are removable and repositionable, which makes repositioning them easy! Next, add the bendable flower mirrors. (Please note our bendable mirrors are removable but not repositionable). Gently bend them toward you to give a 3D effect. Move the mirrors around until the finished project looks how your envisioned it.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

All international purchases are shipped via First Class International postal service. The positive about First Class International is the most affordable means of shipping for international customers. The negative about First Class International is that the packages are not tracked and the postal service does not give a definitive delivery time. Depending on how far the item must travel and how long it is held in customs, delivery may take several weeks. Priority Mail shipping is 8 to 12 business days (not including any time held in customs).

Combined shipping: We do combine shipping charges if purchasing multiple items. The highest shipping charge will be charged and the combined shipping charge for each additional item will be added. See item SHIPPING AND HANDLING for fees for additional items.

If an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, shipping fees will not be refunded. We ship items to the SHIP TO address you provide on your PayPal payment, therefore be sure that this address is correct at checkout.

In rare circumstances, we may need to ship via a different carrier than listed. We try to keep these costs reasonable for you. Unless a listing requires you to pay immediately upon purchase you can go through the Buy It Now process for all the items you want and then send us a request for an invoice. We will combine shipping charges for you on the invoice.

TERMS OF SALE

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you receive your item and decide not to keep it, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original new condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any item to get return instructions. We will refund the price of the item less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

We must receive the items back before a refund will be given. Requests for refunds without returning the item will be denied.

Refused shipments will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
