We want our customers to be completely satisfied! If you are not happy with your item and need to return it, please notify someone from the Moose team within 14 days of the purchase. A verbal authorization will be given along with instructions for return shipping. Items may only be returned in the same condition which they are received, with original packaging and paperwork. For security purposes, all of our parts are sealed and or marked so that they can be identified. Please note that removing or tampering with seals will void your return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless it is our mistake. Items over $50 must be shipped back insured for the purchase amount - UPS automatically insures for up to $100.00.  Shipping costs and other financial fees are non-refundable.  Items must be returned in the same condition, and should be sent back in the original shipping materials.
