8th Series
Le Mobilier Classé par Styles
(Depius le XVe Siècle Jusqu'au Premier Empire Inclus)
Publisher: Eugène Moreau Jeune, undated, c.1930. Folder of plates with a cloth spine. Good condition folder, lacking its ties and with damage and discolouring to the back board, and a short tear to the back hinge. The plates are in very good condition, with occasional instances of edge wear. The folder lacks plates 2, 17, 60, 86, 111 and 136, and so has 129 plates of 136. These plates are all monochrome, and are mainly photographs of furniture, with a few reproductions of furnishing designs. This series covers furniture from the end of the 15th century up to and including the First Empire (the Napoleonic Empire).
