Combine Shipments to Save Money

As a company that supports many earth-saving, green initiatives we would like to encourage you to decide on which items you'd like to purchase and THEN PAY ALL AT ONCE. We often are able to upgrade your shipping service at no cost to you when you combine purchases! A GIFT to you from us for your multiple purchases. However, this is only possible if you pay for them on the same invoice.

You may continue selecting additional items from our auctions or eBay store for up to 5 days from the end of the first purchase. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out so that all of your purchases can be consolidated into one invoice.

We accept eBay Payments. Sales tax is collected for all applicable states in accordance with current tax laws.

Shipping

• Domestic

  Craft-e-Corner processes orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment Monday-Friday. We ship Domestically via USPS, DHL eCommerce, and UPS depending on your shipping address and package weight. Please allow another 1-7 business days for delivery of your order.
  
  All of our shipping services include delivery confirmation. When your package label is processed within our facility, you will receive e-mail communication. It will include your tracking number which can be used 24-48 hours after receipt of e-mail for tracking purposes.

• International

  We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Returns

RETURN POLICY:

• All items purchased as NEW must be returned as NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.


• Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund within 3 business days.


• For damaged or missing items upon delivery, please contact us directly and we will work towards a speedy resolution.


• If your item is determined to have a manufacturer defect, the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

RETURN PROCESSING FEES:

• Restocking Fee for New, Unopened, and Unused Item(s) = 10% of the cost of the item(s) (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged. Initial and return shipping are also non-refundable.


• Restocking Fee for Opened and Used Item(s) = 20% of the cost of the item(s) (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged. Initial and return shipping are also non-refundable.


• Restocking Fee for Non-Deliverable Address = 10% of the cost of the item(s) (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged. Initial and return shipping are also non-refundable.
