Warranty :

  • Brand New. Seller assumes 7 day warranty. You have 2 day inspection period to inspect your merchandise for any shipping damage. Buyer must report the issue if there is any within 2 days time frame or the 2 days warantee will be null after inspection period. Customers please verify before placing bid. No responsible for typographical errors in item's description if there is any. Buyers please make sure this is exactly what you need before placing bid. Picture is taken from one of the actual item.

Return Policy :

  • During our warranty period buyer can return merchandise for reason of product defect. On the other hand, seller wills replace with another product of same or similar condition.
  • Buyer must contact seller for to report an issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorized (RMA) form and number.
  • Buyer is responsible for the shipping charge for to return merchandise and seller will be responsible for the replacement merchandise.
  • Any merchandise return without RMA number will charge at customer for to returned to customer.
  • We charge 25~30% resotocking fee for non-defect merchandise return.
  • If the defect is caused by customer's improper usage, we charge an inspection fee 25%~30% of the product value and customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the product returning to customer.

Refund policy :

  • Refund is available for customer who has been qualified merchandise return policy and under the condition of we could not replace a similar product for customer.
