Delivery Information: 

We aim to get your order to you as FAST AS POSSIBLE!

All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours or sometimes the very same day of receiving your cleared payment. If paying by cheque or e-Cheque we will only dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared.

Royal Mail collect from us daily, providing proof of collection/postage. Once Royal Mail have collected from us, we have no control over their speeds of service. Please bear this in mind when chasing your order.

Courier Service: - Various lead times depending on product chosen.

Please also note working days do not include WEEKENDS and BANK HOLIDAYS.

Types of payment we can accept:

Paypal - Instant, Secure, Buyer Protection Included - If you are unable to pay via Paypal please contact us to arrange alternative payment.

Cheque - Please allow time for your cheque to clear. Please note we are unable to process cheques, credit cards or postal orders under £5.

Postal Orders - This payment type is considered cleared immediately

Returns: 

Our aim is to maintain 100% Customer satisfaction. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P or delivery charge) upon receipt of the returned goods, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in original undamaged packaging.

If the product returned is not in a resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% from the original purchase price paid. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged and replacement is not available.

Contact us through Ebay Messaging and we will try to reply within 24 hours excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays. Ebay cases can take up to 30 days, so come to us first, it's much faster... 

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us prior to returning your item.

This can be obtained by contacting us through Ebay Messages. Return postal / carriage charges will be paid by you as the buyer.
