This set is used, so normal wear and tear should be expected. The books included both appear to be unused and the cassette seems very clean as well. The cassette included is called "Building Self Confidence In Your Child" By Dr. James Dobson; the books are "A Step In The Right Direction, Getting A Better View On Life" by Bill Cosby, Charlie Shedd, Rick Little & Myrtle Collins and "Walking Together, A Book of Growth And Caring" by Ken & Bonnie Greene.
