    How the One-Way Mirror Works

    • The film itself is transparent

    • Privacy depends on light contrast

    • Daytime: Clear view from inside, mirror privacy outside

    • Nighttime: When indoor lights are on, visibility is possible from both sides

    Installation Instructions

    1. Clean the window thoroughly. Ensure there is no oil, dust, or residue.

    2. Measure and cut the film to the desired size.

    3. Peel off the protective backing film.

    4. Spray the glass surface and the adhesive side of the film with water mixed with a small amount of detergent.

    5. Apply the film to the glass.

    6. Keep the top protective layer on to prevent scratches.

    7. Use a scraper or squeegee to remove air bubbles and excess water.

    8. Smooth the surface neatly.

    After Installation:

    • Allow the film to remain undisturbed for at least 7 hours

    • Avoid applying external force during this time to ensure proper adhesion

    Notes

    • Daytime privacy is excellent when outdoor light is stronger than indoor light

    • At night, privacy decreases if indoor lights are brighter

    • This is normal for all one-way mirror window films
