Distinction aka also known as Wyndham Oneida USA 4 Modern Hollow Dinner Knife Knives Stainless Rat Tail 8 3/4" with a 4 5/8" blade.  Signed Oneida USA.  This pattern is very similar to American Artistry but American Artistry is not signed Oneida USA and this one IS SIGNED ONEIDA USA.

The pattern is Distinction (also known as Wyndham but with different makers mark) by International Silver IS Stainless Deluxe and is a very plain colonial pattern with the traditional rat tail.  Pattern number is 205058 and 906.  Some minor estate wear and scratches as can be expected.  May need cleaning.  We have several items for sale in this pattern listed in separate auctions.
