Here is a Brand New Knife made for 2017 by Chipaway Cutlery,A CHIPAWAY CLASSICS "WAR EAGLE ll " model # CW-671 this 12" over-all fixed blade knife is awesome I love the design and the feel when using, weight 9.2oz. 12.1oz with sheath Please look at the Blade its 440HC stainless mighty sharp Rockwell tested 59 to 61 hardness it has a slight upswept blade and the spine runs to the tip which gives it allot of added strength. The blade is 7 1/2" long and the blade edge is 7 1/4" it has a 2" Finger Guard Brass with tooling around the top edge and its crimped in the center giving it more strength there are also some brass spacers in the handle, and the handle is a big reason I like this knife so much its big nice and round tapered from the guard to the butt so the butt and the guard won't let your hand move and because its thick its very comfortable to work with, its made of two kinds of wood the end piece is Red Maple with a ton of grain and a lanyard hole then a black wood spacer for looks and the bigger piece is dark walnut also with allot of grain in it and on each side there's a 1/4" black and then two smaller black spacers and brass fancy rivet then two more black wood spacers all I can do is ask you to look at the 12 pictures enlarge them so you can see what a gorgeous knife this truly is, and Chipaway has up graded the leather sheath you'll get which was the only area they needed to do better and now they have.
