Mainland UK orders are sent by APC Next Day Delivery so if you order before 2pm Monday to Friday then your order will arrive the Next Day. Some postcodes like BT, IM, JE, GY and Highlands are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24. We aim to delivery all orders paid before 2pm on the Next Day.
RETURNS -
You may return ANY ITEM within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If the reason for return is due to it being the wrong size, and you still require the item but in a different size, then please send us an eBay message. We have most items in ALL sizes and can easily arrange a swap to the correct size.
