* The stock boost for any Magnacharger TVS 1900 Supercharger Kit installed upon any 2004-2006 Pontiac GTO with a 3.20" Magnacharger Pulley installed on it is only 6 psi at wide open throttle.

PLEASE NOTE: If running Long-Tube Headers, you will loose 2 PSI of Boost and to gain that back, choose a pulley 2 sizes smaller!

2.80" pulley: expect 4.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 11.0 psi

We have several TVS 2300 Pulleys in Stock. Our 3.60", 3.40", 3.20" will be ready to ship by March 15th. Other pulley sizes ready to ship shown below!

- 2.70" pulley: expect 11.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 17.0 psi

 

WARNING: The only way to install the 2.70" Pulley is to have the Jackshaft Housing Machined down for it to fit properly. Some Jackshaft Housing Castings are made differently in sizes and do vary, as to what the smallest pulley you can use without machining. The smallest size we recommend is 2.80", without any machining performed on the snout housing casting area.

*** Above Boost Increases are Fully Dependant Upon proper Tuning and Modifications, to prevent any and all Knock Retard associated with using Smaller Supercharger Pulleys or Pulley Units!

NOTICE: Installation and Removal of the Stock pulley over to our New Pulley will not require any special tools. Just remove the 4 Bolts and slip the pulley off the Hub Assembly and install the New Pulley onto the Hub Assembly and reinstall the 4 Bolts to secure the pulley ring!
