• Free same-day shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states for orders paid MondayFriday by 9:00 AM EST . Orders paid after this time or on weekends will ship the following business day.
• Exceptions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, Virgin Islands, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses, and any other address outside the lower 48 states. For these locations, please calculate shipping using USPS Priority Mail via our shipping calculator.

If you need
to return an item, either due to a change of mind or a defect, follow these

Get a Return Authorization (RA)




Call us or email to request a Return Authorization. Please call if the return
involves a defective product.

Prepare the Item




Pack the item, including all accessories and manuals, in the 
original
packaging
. Use the original over-box to protect the product during
shipping.

Attach the Shipping Label




We will provide a 
UPS Authorized Return Service (ARS) label
 with your RA
number. Remove or mark out any previous labels and attach the new label
securely to each package.

Ship the Package




Drop off your package at a UPS or USPS location. Keep your tracking number to
monitor the return.

Processing Your Return




Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange within
