I love this style of tablecloth. These "toppers" are actually a nice German tradition. In Germany, they put a plain colored tablecloth on the table. Then they place these "toppers" catacorner in the center of the table. Then when they go to eat, they remove the topper so it will not become dirty or soiled. I love the tradition. It just seems to have charm. Why not start this charming tradition in your home for the upcoming holiday season?
