This is a almost new 13 tooth steel front sprocket for the following KTM models. 60SX & 65SX 98-17, 65XC 08-09. It has lite surface rust on it from sitting in my garage for about 3 years. It was occasionally on my sons 2013 65SX when he needed a lot of acceleration for uphill holeshots while racing. It may have 1 hr on it at the most and it was always ran with a fresh chain.
