Orders received by 2:00 pm PST, from Monday through Friday, will be taken to shipping carrier Monday through Friday at 4:00 pm PST.

Example:              

• Order placed Friday at 3:00 pm PST, will leave the warehouse Monday at 4:00 pm PST.
• Order placed Monday before 1:00 pm PST, will leave the warehouse the same day at 4:00 pm PST.

Order Cancellations:

• Locate the order placed.
• Locate the drop box, with actions items.
• Select Cancel and follow eBay's instructions to properly cancel the order before the tracking number is posted.  Once the tracking number is posted, we will not be able to retrieve the package for cancellation.
