Postage rates includes all postage, packaging and handling charges. We do offer combined postage on all items from our listings. For 3 or more items combined postage is $14.00 and will be sent by Registered Post. Registered Post and Express Post for single items are offered as optional extras but will incur a higher charge. Please contact us for a quote if these options are not displayed. We offer free pick up of all items listed from Macclesfield, Victoria. You will be advised of the postage date of your items by email. We endeavour to pack your item/s to ensure they are received in perfect condition. We cannot take responibility for items lost or damaged in transit if the Registered Post or Express Post option was not selected (items that do not have a tracking number cannot be located easily). We do, however, suggest that you check with your local Post Office as the first option for locating your parcel as the "Parcel Awaiting Collection card" can sometimes go astray.
Once an auction is finished I expect the winning bidder to honour their commitment to buy. If you have any doubts, or a detail is not included on an item, please ask the question before bidding. I would appreciate an email when payment has been made and positive feedback if you are happy with the item. If any problems do arise, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will endeavour to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
