Please note that the actual shade of grey may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen display. As each order is custom-made, please allow 5–7 working days for preparation before dispatch, but we often get them out much quicker!

ALL  ITEMS WILL BE SENT BY  AUSTRALIA POST WITH TRACKING NUMBER

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox, and you can collect your item from your local Post Office. However, please be aware that customers in some rural areas such as farms, islands, or small towns may be required to collect their item from their nearest Post Office, and notification will also be left via a card in your mailbox.

Please note that while we strive to provide door-to-door delivery for every customer, this may not be possible for remote areas. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases, and we advise allowing 7-10 working days for delivery.

We accept payment via PayPal or bank deposit. When making a bank deposit, please provide your user ID (username) as a reference so that we can verify your payment and ensure that there are no delays in shipping.
