Shipping Fees and Restrictions

We are open Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 7:00am-1:00pm (CST). Your purchase will be shipped the same day if payment is received before 2:00pm (CST) Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) via GROUND.

We use UPS as our primary shipper for all domestic orders. Our standard shipping method is ground.  Estimated time of deliveries are  between 1 - 5 business days. This does not include holidays, weekends, or the day of the order.

Our Shipping is based off of your ZIP Code and the total weight of the products ordered.

WE CAN NOT SHIP TO A PO BOX!  All orders and payments received from Thursday 2:00pm to Friday 9:00am will ship Friday morning or Monday (excluding holidays) via GROUND.

Guarantee

We GUARANTEE our product to be new and free of manufacturer defects for the original purchaser. If you have a problem with the product, just contact us THROUGH eBay or call us during our normal business hours.  We warrant the product to be new and free of manufacturer defects. If the product is damaged in shipment or is not in working order for some reason upon delivery, we will make it right.

Damage/Return Policy

Damage and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the matter.

Return Policy - We accept authorized returns on unused products for 30 days after you receive your product. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, invoices, shipping information, etc. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item (which will be determined by KFI).You are liable for returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. The refund will be denied if the products has been used, modified, or installed. It will also be denied if there are missing parts, accessories, hardware, or documentation.

Although Kappers Fabricating, Inc. maintains strict confidentiality on Client's information, there are certain exceptions in which Kappers Fabricating, Inc. may disclose information in its possession, including but not limited to information about the Client's internet transmissions and website activity in order to comply with court order, subpoena, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation or official governmental requests. Kappers Fabricating, Inc. has no obligation to notify Client about whom the information is sought or that Kappers Fabricating, Inc. has provided the information. Client acknowledges the above exceptions and agrees to them without reservation.

About Us (History/Background)

We are KFI Products, a brand name of products primarily manufactured by Kappers Fabricating Inc. We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1986. In 2002, we decided to venture into manufacturing our own products and introduced our first KFI ATV Winch Mount. Since then, we have expanded our product line and introduced additional items such as the KFI Winch to complement our manufactured products.

Located in Spring Valley, MN, we operate from a 92,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing Facility. The majority of our products and accessories are made in-house, and we handle the assembly, packaging, receiving, and shipping of products in our new 40,000 sq. ft. facility located behind our manufacturing plant.

To ensure the quality and customer satisfaction of our products, we engage in thorough research and testing. We collaborate with other manufacturers and employ a team of power sports enthusiasts who rigorously test our products before bringing them to our home facility. We only sell items that meet our demanding standards.
