This is a previously-owned, adult-sized (one size fits all), black hat with “Owens Community College Police Academy” screened on the front (OC brand, 100% polyester). It is a trucker-style cap with a curved peak, a mesh back, a captain’s cord along the inner band, and a plastic snapback adjuster in the back (so it can be quickly adjusted to fit most wearers). Owens State Community College is a comprehensive community college in Toledo, founded in 1965. The school recently broke ground on a $10 million homeland security center featuring an anti-terrorism simulation center. Owens Community College Express Athletics is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and participates in Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC), where they continuously win All-Sports Awards and titles.
