HASKELL INVITATIONAL baseball hat 2012 thoroughbred horse racing cap sewn

This is a previously-owned, adult-sized (one size fits all), blue hat with “Haskell 2012” embroidered on the front (Associated Premium Corporation brand, 100% cotton). It is a baseball-style cap with a curved peak and a Velcro adjuster in the back (so it can be quickly adjusted to fit most wearers). The William Hill Haskell Invitational (formerly known as the Haskell Invitational Handicap) is an American Grade I race for thoroughbred horses. It has been run under stakes conditions beginning with the 2006 running. A major race for three year olds in between the U.S. Triple Crown series and the Breeders' Cup, it currently offers a purse of US$1,000,000 and awards one of the most prestigious trophies in U.S. thoroughbred racing in the Haskell Invitational Trophy.
