Premium Natural Polypropylene sheet available in two grades -- Homopolymer (PPH) and Copolymer (PPC). Both are lightweight, chemically resistant, weldable, and food safe. Shared Properties (Both Grades)
- Excellent Chemical Resistance: Outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and most chemicals. Ideal for chemical tanks, liners, and processing equipment.
- Lightest Engineering Plastic: Specific gravity of 0.91 -- lighter than water. Easy to handle and install.
- Very Low Moisture Absorption: Less than 0.1% -- maintains dimensional stability in wet and humid environments.
- Weldable: Both grades can be hot gas or extrusion welded. Ideal for fabricated tanks, liners, and bespoke assemblies.
- Impact Resistant: Unnotched impact strength shows no break under test conditions for both grades.
- Food Safe: Both grades FDA compliant. PPH also EU 10/2011 compliant -- specify PPH if EU compliance is required.

Applications
- Chemical Tank Fabrication: Both grades weldable and chemically resistant. PPH preferred for elevated temperature applications. PPC preferred where impact resistance or sub-zero temperatures are required.
- Food Processing: FDA compliant across both grades. Specify PPH where EU 10/2011 compliance is required.
- Protective Cladding: Lightweight and durable. PPC preferred for impact-prone environments due to its superior toughness.
- Pumps & Valves: Chemically resistant sheet for pump housings, valve bodies, and fluid handling components.
- Signage & Advertising: Lightweight and easy to fabricate. PPC often preferred for display and signage applications.
- General Fabrication: Both grades easy to cut, machine, and weld. Lightweight alternative to heavier engineering plastics.

Standard cutting tolerance is +/-3mm. If your application requires tighter tolerances, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise and quote accordingly.
Minimum cut width: 75mm | 90-degree cuts only | Maximum 4 cuts per sheet.
For shapes, additional cuts, or pieces under 75mm, we will provide a quote before proceeding.
