MATERIALS
Jarina seeds
This palm tree (Phytelephas aequatorialis), also known under the names of tagua palm and ivory-nut palm, is the main source of vegetable ivory or tagua, a botanical alternative to ivory from elephants.
Açaí Seeds
(Euterpe oleracea Mart) The açaí (ah-sigh-ee) berry has been around for thousands of years and not until the 1990's was it introduced to the western world. The açaí berry was found to possess tremendous health properties, and was first used by the tribes of the Amazon jungle as a cure for various ailments.
Morototô Seed
Also know as Caracuru-Puca seed. It is a very small (1-1.5 mm in diameter) disk-shaped tan seed, used profusely in native jewelry. It can be used dyed in red, orange, yellow, etc.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all US and non-US shipping.
Shipping costs does not include insurance. It is an optional service
All USPS orders from US buyers have DELIVERY NOTIFICATION (similar to tracking. It let buyers know the location of their deliveries).
USPS DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY NOTIFICATION for buyers outside the US when using First Class Mail International.

Combined Shipping for Multiple Items/Auctions
In order to qualify for a combined shipping discount, you must pay for all qualifying items at the same time. If you are purchasing more than one item and wish to combine shipping wait until all auctions have finished BEFORE making payment.
If purchasing items with different shipping rates, the highest rate of S&H will be used as the first rate and then, the other item’s S&H will be added.

Shipping for Buyers outside the United States
United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International MailDOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. If you want to track your package you have to request us PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL or EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL by e-mail and pay for it.
BEWARE: THE ONLY WAY AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER CAN FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE IS USING A SERVICE THAT INCLUDES TRACKING.
THE SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES ORDERED WITHOUT TRACKING.
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
All international shipments must have a US Customs Declaration Form CN-22 or 2976. In case the package is lost or stolen and the buyer chose no tracking these 2 forms are worthless to file a claim.

Handling time
We will ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Weekends and U.S. Holidays do not count as business days.
When I am away purchasing or during vacations, handling time will take from 3 to 5 business days. This handling time will be displayed prominently in our store.
Policy on Returns, Exchanges and Refunds (except Swimwear and Lingerie)
The buyer may return/exchange merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order AS LONG AS THE BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING INVOLVED. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with labels or tags (if applicable).
IMPORTANT: The buyer must contact us before returning the purchase. We will refund the total sales amount, less all shipping charges involved.
If the return is the result of our error, we will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.
There will be a charge for all refused / unclaimed shipments.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ITEMS IN LIQUIDATION
Swimwear and lingerie are intimate pieces of clothing where it is critical TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND HYGIENE OF THE CUSTOMERS. Be advised that OUR PRODUCTS DON’T HAVE HYGIENE LABELS.
Since we can’t resell a previously worn intimate piece, ALL SWIMWEAR OR LINGERIE SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED.
The only instance when returns, exchanges or refunds can be contemplated is when a when A SELLER ERROR OCCURS. Read bellow for details.
SELLER ERROR: occurs when the buyer receives a different item than ordered; or receives a damaged item; or receives a different size than the one ordered (as displayed on the label).
Claims or disputes regarding size will be accepted ONLY IF THE SIZE ON THE LABEL OF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT THAN THE SIZE ORDERED BY THE BUYER (as shown by written evidence).
If Swimwear or Lingerie must be returned as result of A SELLER ERROR, we will offer a complete refund including original AND return shipping costs AFTER receiving the item back. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with labels or tags (if applicable). Items must be returned within 14 days (as shown by date recorded by postal carrier).
