We are committed to getting your order delivered as fast, efficient and as safely as possible. By bidding on ebay or buying direct through our site you have accepted the conditions of sale as set out below. For international orders please email sales@cheshireluxurypools.co.uk  If you are arriving here from an ebay advert please note international shipping is NOT free, ebays postage indicator is shown to ship world wide but we can place no value within the postage section due to the huge variance is costs between countries. Please email for the cost of shipping before you purchase. If you are paying via paypal with an "unconfirmed" address, e-cheque, cheque or crossed postal order then goods will not be shipped until money has cleared (approx 5 working days). If you are having ongoing work or being supplied parts or extra equipment after your initial purchase we reserve the right to charge your given card as and when an invoice is raised by our accounts department. Delivery time Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email. We endeavour to deliver within 7 days unless stated differently either on our website or at time of order. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise. We will not be responsible for any charges incurred by you as a result of late delivery. Delivery address When you order, the option to specify a separate delivery and billing address will be available. We give you the option to delivery to your own address or someone else's for convenience or maybe a gift! No warranty is given by us. In the case of a warranty claim being required we will assist you in any way we can. Any items being returned either faulty, or for any other reason are done so at the customers expense. No refund will be given for the items return or delivery costs. Item Descriptions All the item descriptions and sizes are checked as accurately as possible and are from original suppliers fact sheets. These may be liable to changes without our knowledge and we will not be held accountable for any costs this may incur. This also may affect their suitability for the purpose you intended the item for.

Returns Policy & Checking your goods.

In accordance with the E.U Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products opened carefullyand un-used within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

You agree to open all boxes carefully and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 2 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 2 days we may be unable to claim from the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 2 days.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 / Returns Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 working days from the day after taking delivery.

Cancellation must either be in the form of facsimile, email and sent to our address as listed on the contact page of this site. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused and in a re-saleable as new condition. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the cooling off period, therefore any refund made will not include the true cost (not the advertised cost) of the delivery of the goods we incurred in order to supply such goods.
