Kit Contents ~ Regular Right Angle Connectors NOT Pancake! 

  • 10 feet of Evidence Audio The Monorail™
  • 4 feet of Wonder Solder Thin Signature Silver (or Cardas, WBT)
  • 20 double walled sleeves (10 red, 10 black)
  • 20 GLS connectors, any combination of 32-132 straight connector and GLS 32-233 right angle connector.

If you do not state which connector you require, we will ship the GLS 32-233 right angle connectors by default. Also, if you want a different solder please state this also (free of charge). We have Cardas Quad, Cardas Tri, Wonder-Solder Thin Pb, Wonder-Solder Thin Ag, or WBT. Written instructions are included with this kit. We can email them to you upon request. Purchase of this kit is necessary to receive the instructions.

Features & Benefits of GLS Connectors

The GLS Audio "pancake" right-angle plugs use fiberglass insulators which is MUCH better than the black plastic insulators found on most other brands of plugs.  They also have two separate solder tabs for the hot and ground wires (this makes them much easier to work with and solder to).

Tips

  • The cable is directional. The path should follow the writing on the sleeve. The destination end (amp) is on the right of the"Evidence Audio" writing on the sleeve. The source (guitar) is the other.To help you remember, try putting two different colored heat shrinks on the cable. One on each end
  • Use a coaxial wire stripper. Ideal's Model #45-520.
  • Remove the black skin from the solid core conductor (white, coaxial) so a short does not occur.

Wires MUST be soldered. Do not tie or wrap the wires to the pins.
