Sempertex Balloons are a premium quality balloon, they can be inflated with helium or air. We hold in excess of over 1 million balloons at any one time, we are getting round to uploading as many as we can; in the meantime if you can't find what you are looking for please email us and we will check if we have it and list it for you.

Combined Postage

Free Shipping now on most items but where there is a charge we will always combine postage on multiple purchases (same items will combine automatically), however if you are buying different items please purchase what you need, but do not pay until we have sent you a combined invoice with the additional item postage. (we cannot issue refunds after payment has been made so please ensure you request a total price before paying.)

Authorised Stockist

We are authorised distributors of the Sempertex brand of Balloons.

Payment methods:

At present we accept Paypal, and Euro Postal Orders or Cheques.

Postage:

We post Monday to Friday, items will be posted usually the day following receipt of payment.

Please note all items are dispatched from Ireland, please allow adequate time for delivery, once I post items they are in the hands of the postal service and I am unable to tell you when they will actually be delivered.

The postal service in Ireland does not operate on a Saturday so please note this when placing your orders.

In accordance with An Post guidelines an item is deemed missing after 14 days have elapsed on items to Europe and 21 days for the Rest of the World.  In general items to the UK should arrive in 3 to 5 working days, to Europe 5 to 7 working days and 10 days for the rest of the world.  Again these are only guidelines and we are all at the mercy of the postal service.

 Returns policy:

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or there are any problems or damages we are happy to accept returns provided that you email us first to advise of the problem.  All Returns must be in an unused condition, once balloons have been inflated we have no option but to destroy them as for health reasons we cannot sell them on.
