5 PACK

Alcotec 48 Turbo Yeast is one of the most versatile and reliable turbo yeasts available, designed for speed, power, and consistency. When used with 6 kg of dextrose in a 25 L wash, it can ferment to completion in as little as 48 hours, even under challenging conditions. This makes it a perfect choice when you want fast results without compromising quality.

For high-alcohol production, Alcotec 48 really shines. With 8 kg of cane sugar or 9 kg of dextrose, it can produce up to 20% ABV in just 10 days. Its temperature tolerance ensures strong performance in environments up to 30°C, giving you confidence in fermentation even during warmer months.

Whether you’re aiming for a quick turnaround or pushing for maximum alcohol yield, Alcotec 48 delivers consistent results time after time. It’s an excellent all-rounder for distillers looking for both speed and strength in their wash fermentations.
