Tsunoda TTC CA-22S Spring-Loaded Yellow Shark Cable Cutter is the spring-loaded version of Tsunoda's CA-22 cable cutter, Japan. A built-in spring re-opens the jaws after every cut, so your hand only does the closing — a real difference over a day of repeated cuts. Geometry and capacity are otherwise identical to the CA-22.
