This cigar snipper was purchased in a cigar shop in Anchorage, Alaska in the early 1980s. The snipper was wood on polished stainless steel.. We then gold plated it using  a thin strip of 24 karat gold metal and added gold panned nuggets to the top. This makes it a unique one of a kind collectible cigar cutter.
