I personally source all of my cards raw and grade myself. 

Packed in a slab sleeve, bubblewrap and shipped safely in a rigid cardboard box. Shipped the day after purchase. 

I charge shipping at my cost - items are packed well to arrive safely and so are sent via royal mail as a small parcel (hence the slightly higher shipping charge). Orders of £1000+ will receive a free upgrade to a special delivery (next day) service for UK buyers.
