MEASURING GUIDE - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

IMPORTANT NOTE

Most fitting issues are caused by incorrect measurements rather than the curtain size itself. Please measure carefully before placing your order, as curtains ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned.

WIDTH MEASUREMENT (MOST IMPORTANT)

Measure only the main length of your curtain pole or track, excluding any decorative ends (finials). Do not measure the window, glass, or window frame.

DROP MEASUREMENT

Measure from the curtain pole or track down to the exact point where you would like the curtain to finish.

RECOMMENDED CURTAIN WIDTH

For the best appearance, choose a total curtain width that is 1.2 to 1.4 times the width of your curtain pole. This provides soft, elegant folds while keeping the pattern clearly visible.

We do not recommend exceeding 1.4 times the pole width, as excessive gathering can obscure the design and reduce its visual impact.

COMMON MEASURING MISTAKES

  • Measuring only the window glass or frame
  • Including decorative finials in the pole measurement
  • Measuring from the wall or top of the window frame instead of from the curtain pole

Taking accurate measurements before ordering will help ensure the best fit and appearance for your curtains.

Light Blocking:
These curtains are not 100% blackout and block approximately 70 - 80% of light.

Buying Guide:

  1. For a fuller, gathered look, we recommend choosing a curtain width 1.5 x your window width.

  2. Please allow around 20cm above the curtain rod to help minimise light leakage.

We accept PayPal payment ONLY, it is easy and safe. Payment should be sent within 7 (SEVEN) days of auction closing. All winning bidders whom won our item, please let me know your contact number after you made the full payment , we need this number to make sure you can receive your item in time, and also for emergency contact consideration.
Shipping Method:
Generally speaking, you will receive your package in about 15 working days (20 at most) by E-packet shipping(Weather and Customs reasons caused the delays not included)
Note: We can offer the tracking number for you to check the status of your item after we deliver the item. For international shipping, customs duties might be possible for some countries, they are buyers' responsibility. S&H charged dose not include any those fees. We are not responsibility for the delay of clearance is the buyer's country, but we will help to clear as suppling some files. If the item is in customs or post office for some days, pls contact with local customs actively, otherwise, if the item returns to us, the buyer will pay for the shipping fee for resend or refund except the shipping fee.

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable. If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and / or Undeliverable . We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned.
