1991 Twizzlers Promotional Frisbie-Made by Hershey's-with Hershey's product ads.  Also comes with original envelope that shows the Hersheys address at top.  The two fliers are promotional pieces for Hershey's - one about merchandise and the other about joining the Certified Chocolate Lovers Club with a return form.  At the bottom of the Chocolate Lovers club it says 3/91 so I assume it is from 1991. If figured late 80's or early 90's so that lines up.  I think this was probably something that you sent off for and got the frisbee free but sending in so many wrappers or something.
