This is a Vintage Clayton Wadandre Brass Flat Sided Twist Lock Filler Cap. Type 170

It has a bayonet twist lock which is in good working order.

It has a small breather hole just above the makers name plate.

Mounting Hose: 2,3/4" OD. Cap Diameter: 3,3/4". Filler Hole Diameter: 2.5"

Made in England.
