Offered for sale is a Vintage Original Solex Carburettor Bronze Throttle Flange & Linkage.

This genuine Solex component is in used condition and is ideal for a vintage or classic vehicle restoration, or as a replacement part for an original Solex carburettor.

Measurements:

Butterfly aperture diameter: 1 9/16" (approximately 40mm)
Flange mounting hole centres: 2 7/8" (approximately 73mm)
Square section (with centre hole) mounting hole centres: 1 3/4" (approximately 44mm)
Square section (without centre hole) mounting hole centres: 1 1/8" (approximately 29mm)

The butterfly valve moves freely, indicating that the mechanism is not seized. As this is a used vintage part, it shows signs of age and previous use consistent with its age.
