The wheel is in used condition and shows cosmetic wear, including lacquer peel, corrosion and mark to the diamond cut face which has also lost its shine and looks dull, as shown clearly in the photos.
This is very common with diamond cut Renault wheels and would benefit from refurbishment if a perfect finish is required.
The tyre has does have tread but shows cracking to the edge, so it should be considered scrap and will likely need replacing. The tyre is included free of charge with no guarantee on condition or legality.
