This set includes four delicate Japanese porcelain soup bowls with matching saucers, featuring blue grapevines on a white background. The bouillon cups are marked on the base: Nippon, Royal Sometuke, Sicily. This mark was registered in 1906 and was reportedly used beyond the end of the Nippon era (1890–1921).
Each cup measures approximately 1 7/8" tall, 5 1/2" from handle to handle, and 3 7/8" wide, and holds 8 ounces when full. Each saucer measures approximately 5 1/2" in diameter. The set is in very good condition overall. One saucer has a wide, shallow chip on the foot (see close-ups in the last two photos), but there are no other chips, no cracks, and only minor surface wear. Thanks for viewing my listing!

Fragile items are packaged securely and with care.
