The Timken 64700 is an imperial tapered roller bearing cup (outer ring) belonging to the 64000 Series. It is designed to pair with single-row tapered roller bearing assemblies (cones) to handle heavy, combined radial and axial loads.

Please note that some of the boxes are not in the best shape. This is just due to being old stock. You are buying the highest quality bearing from Timken when they were all manufactured in the USA. If a yellowish oil substance is on the bearing, it is just an anti corrosion coating from the factory!
