Additional Information

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the item's colour. However, slight variations may occur due to photographic lighting and differences in computer, tablet and mobile device screens.

Condition

All shoes are carefully inspected before listing. They are cleaned where appropriate to improve presentation, while preserving the integrity of the materials. Please refer to the listing description and photographs for the overall condition and any specific signs of wear.

Please Note

• Photographic lighting may create reflections or highlights on some materials, particularly leather, patent finishes, suede and metallic trims.
• Shoe size is shown in the photographs wherever possible. As sizing can vary between brands and styles, please refer to both the manufacturer's size and any measurements provided.
• Photographs form an important part of the description. Please use the zoom feature to examine the shoes carefully. Any noticeable wear, marks, scuffs or other flaws have been photographed and described to the best of my ability.

New Arrivals

I list quality new and pre-loved footwear regularly. Save my store and turn on notifications to be among the first to see my latest listings.

Postage

Your shoes will be carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post Parcel Post or Australia Post Satchel, which includes up to $100 transit insurance. Additional insurance will be included for higher-value purchases where required.

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package before opening it and contact me as soon as possible so I can assist with the claims process if required.

If you have any questions before purchasing, or if there is an issue with your order after it arrives, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and will always do my best to resolve any concerns promptly.

International Buyers

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Please note: The photographs form a major part of the description. I encourage you to use eBay's zoom feature and review all images carefully before purchasing.
