All items we sell come with factory warranty

All Warranty claims are back to base at buyers expense

All returns are the buyers responsibility as per eBay policy

All items returned due to incorrect purchase (drunk or otherwise) or change of mind will attract a 15% restock + initial postage fee.

Items must be returned in a BRAND NEW, unused, unopened condition to be eligible for refund.  Otherwise a repacking fee may apply.

Exchanges also attract a 15% restock fee but we are happy to help

If there are any problems with items received, please contact us ASAP with an explanation of the situation and PHOTOS attached via the eBay message system.  We will do our best to remedy the issue.

Shipping Policy

Item will be shipped with 1 working day after full payment is received. Tracking No. will be sent to all customers upon package shipment.
For US shipments our Shipping Method refers to Standard Shipping(3-8) business days Shipping. Please check the Estimated Delivery to know item delivery time.
Delivery time depends on destination, custom and other factors. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Customer's satisfaction is our goal.
Just kindly reminding that according to policy, we will not cover the Customs duty and VAT fee. (no such issues for USA)

Return Policy
