Disclaimer for Used DJI Drones

All DJI drones sold in our store are used items or customer-returned products. They are not brand-new items. Before resale, we only perform basic appearance checks and simple functional inspections. A full professional-level diagnostic test has not been completed.

As drones are electronic and precision devices, and these items may have been previously used, shipped, or returned, there may be unknown issues that cannot be detected in advance. Possible issues may include occasional malfunctions, battery wear, connection problems, unstable flight performance, accessory wear, or other unexpected conditions. We cannot guarantee used electronic products in the same way as brand-new products, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that this is a used/returned product and that electronic products may carry certain unknown risks. If there is an actual issue after you receive the item, please contact us first. We provide free return and exchange service when applicable and will do our best to help resolve the problem.

However, please communicate reasonably and respectfully. Please do not leave malicious feedback, make unreasonable complaints, or attack the store due to possible unexpected conditions or unknown issues that may occur with used electronic products. We are willing to take responsibility for reasonable after-sales service, and we hope both parties can communicate in a friendly and fair manner.
