This is a really nice men's golf shirt from Nike - size XXL (2XL).  It has stripes of white and a few shades of blue, and a solid blue collar at the top with 3 buttons at the top.  63% cotton, 37% polyester.  31" long (from top of collar), 26" chest (armpit to armpit).
