The modular ballistic groin protector is designed to provide additional protection for the groin area as part of a tactical gear setup.

The protector is made of 500D Cordura with an NIR (Near-Infrared) coating and comes equipped with a Class 1 ballistic insert made of UHMWPE.

I. Ballistic Protection

The ballistic insert meets Class 1 protection standards according to DSTU 8782:2018.

9×19 mm Luger / Parabellum / FMJ;

concrete and glass fragments;

ricochets and small shrapnel.

Rated resistance to fragmentation threats: up to 450 m/s.

II. Materials and Construction

The ballistic insert is made of UHMWPE.
