This is a "The Lion King: Rafiki National Tour" short-sleeved black stage crew/staff employee polo. It's in great shape and ready to wear.

The polo's made from sturdy black 100% cotton and features tidy embroidery across the left side of the chest which reads 'The Lion King: Rafiki National Tour' beneath a stylized lion rendered in gold thread. A white International Alliance Of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) sigil is embroidered on the left shoulder (see photos).

This shirt was made by Bayside and originally issued in 2017 as workwear for IATSE employees working stage productions of The Lion King: Rafiki National Tour. It'd make a nice bit of memorabilia for a fan of the show or anyone looking to round out a Disneyana collection.
