To the best of my knowledge, this is a complete set. Two figures together create the claw armor megazord.  The last photo shows all the individual parts broken down and what is included. This is how it will be shipped. No pieces are broken.  It has been played with so may have some blemishes and handling wear, but it remains a very nice action figure.
