Condition

Vintage hat with normal wear. Paper cone shows light surface scuffs, small edge wear, and a few tiny splits at the stapled seam and lower edge. Raffia-style fringe has scattered bent and broken strands. Fabric streamers and black ties show fraying. Interior has some lint and loose raffia pieces, but structure and graphics remain intact.
